it looks exactly the same with every other PCB for machines with display but it has another triac on TY2 for the HW solenoid valve.

Well that's not true, there are machines with this kind of pcb (see Elektronik - Schaltungsunterlagen DeLonghi ECAM 22.110 / 21.117 / 21.116 ) that have a PIC18LF2520 and machines that have a PIC18LF2525. That's why I asked @el1974 for more details.

I think you are confused and mixing up different pcb types. On the 5213217901 pcb there is not even an TY2 ("nicht besteuckt")!

i have highlighted you that the PIC program that he uploaded is for 2525 (see black). And i will repeat, it is the same PCB as other 2525 pcbs for machines with display but on TY2 position its has a triac for the HW solenoid valve.

when i replaced the PCB at the eletta machine i used :

You didn't mention 2525 in you first post... who will understand what your highlighting means without explanation ;-)

well if all components for the triac signal exist on the pcb , the triac pads reach the mains on the pcb guess what needs to be done so this pcb fits eletta

sorry my bad, i thought that you quoted the Eletta dump at the really start. For Etam now is also 2525. It will also fit with the ECAM23.. machines PCBs with 2505. Another question regarding 2520 and 2525 , i have a big stock with 2520 repaired pcbs but no 2525 at all. The HW looks the same on the PCBs. Replacing the 2520 with 2525 and programming the pcb you think will work?

all the picture show 2525 and considering that its a quite new model

Regarding the 2525's there are at a bergain price of 3.90 euros at ali. i will order 3 and when they arrive i will try

Also check if the tiny SMD resistors below connector J4 are present, on some boards it's 4 resistors on a row - others only have 2. So the boards may be different.

Ich habe ein neues EEPROM gekauft. Ich habe die Werksfirmware darauf kopiert, aber es mahlt immer noch wenig. (3-4 Sekunden)

Den PIC18LF2525 chip hat zwei Speichergebiete: 1) Program Data, 2) EEPROM Data.
Hast du die EEPROM Data geloescht / FF FF FF etc. ?

Könnte es sein dass es hier ein Verständigungsproblem gibt?
1. Hast du kein EEPROM gekauft sondern einen PIC-Controller.
2. Muss die Firmware in ein Bearbeitungsprogramm geladen werden zB. MPLAB v8.92
3. Mit diesem Programm musst du die Firmware bearbeiten das bedeutet du musst den EEPROM – Teil der Firmware löschen.
4. Diese geänderte Firmware muss nun auf den PIC-Controller aufgespielt werden.
Vor dem aufspielen sollte der Controller gelöscht werden.

Mit diesem Programm musst du die Firmware bearbeiten das bedeutet du musst den EEPROM – Teil der Firmware löschen.

Meiner Meinung nach sind die EEPROM Data kein Teil von Firmware ;-)

Ich finde jedoch nicht, dass ich den EEPROM-Inhalt löschen kann.

Ano so kann man auch sehen aber die EEPROM-Daten werden von der Firmware erzeugt und auch verwendet. Ist eigentlich auch egal.
Leider schreibt der Tomee nicht was für ein Programm er verwendet.
Ich habe mal die EEPROM-Daten gelöscht.
Tomee wenn du diese Daten aufspielst meldet sich die Maschine auf Italienisch und will die Prozedur einer Neumaschine durchführen. Also Sprache einstellen und Neuinstallation (entlüften)

Die Beiträge sind vom 6. August, innerhalb 14 Tagen kann man sich schon mal selbst schlau machen und etwas gezieltere Fragen stellen.
Ist nicht böse gemeint, aber etwas Eigeninitative kann man doch erwarten! 14 Tage abwarten und dann die gleiche Frage für eine artverwandte Maschine stellen geht gar nicht.
