Grinder blocked

I'm lookink for a spare part for the grinder. But I cant find it on the exploded diagramm.
Maybe it can be by only witn a new grinder?
It is a white thin plastic ring. This stops the grinded coffe to get into the grinder mechanic parts to the cogwheels.
Under this plastic ring there are 32 metal balls. It makes the grinder blocked after a while.
I have some of grinders with this problem.
Can anybody help me? This is a cheap plastic only.

Hi,

All Saeco exploded diagrams do not show the white cover as a spare part. It is considered to be part of the grinder motor. That's why you probably will not find a dealer that sells single covers.

It means, that a need to by a comlpete grinder to solve this problem?
I can clean the grinder from coffe, it works well, except the white cover.

Hi,

Not a complete grinder, only the grinder motor with the gears and the white plastic cover on top that prevents "coffee dust " from entering the gears.
You may ask other forum-members, maybe they have collected some broken motors with covers that are still o.k.
