Moltio spült nach Einschalten nicht richtig II

der Beitrag ist zwar schon etwas älter, trotzdem dank deiner genauen Schilderung bzgl. Spülprobleme bei einer Minuto das Rätsel gelöst. Stundenlange gesucht. Pumpe hat ja im ausgebautem Zustand mit Normalspannung gut funktioniert. Im eingebauten Zustand ist sie beim Spülen verhungert. Danach Platine gewechselt aus Schlachtmaschine, selbes Problem. Völlig ratlos ins Forum gegangen und zufällig auf deinen Beitrag gestoßen. Um 2h Nachts wieder in den Keller, nagelneue Pumpe reingehängt und Maschine läuft - Hätte nie geglaubt, dass der Hersteller so einen Schwachsinn von Reduzierung der Pumpenleistung programmiert. Man müsste denen einen Deal mit dem Pumpenhersteller unterstellen. Ohne deine Beschreibung hätte ich wahrscheinlich die Maschine geschlachtet. Danke nochmals, und 5 Sterne für deinen Beitrag, lg aus den österreichischen Bergen

Schwachsinn ist das nicht, man möchte halt halter über 100 Grad spülen, dass geht aber nicht wenn die Pumpe mit 100% Leistung befeuert wird weil dann die Heizleistung des Boilers nicht genügt!

Not sure I follow this thread in translation.

My problem is that my Intelia stopped descaling mid cycle. Pump did not run. Could not get out of descale. Went into Test Mode. Most worked except the pump. Nothing from pump. So, removed pump. Bought new pump. As stuck in Descale, tried Test Mode to check new pump. Still nothing. Put multimeter test leads on ends of spades to pump. Only 70V and then up to 90V testing mode, but no sound. Removed control board. Checked main triac BTB12-800W on heat sink in circuit, seems ok. Have checked triac BTA204 marked T1 and suspect it may be bad, if so, is that the likely cause of low power to pump? The U6, (ie L7805CV voltage regulator) I have not tested, as prima facie it looked unlikely given the low voltage output by it.

Any suggestions for a likely cause and fix much appreciated. Machine is about 5 years old.

Since a diode is connected in series in the pump, it is difficult to reliably measure a voltage. It would be safer to put a light bulb on the pump connections and see if the lamp is lit. If the triac is OK, only its drive can be defective. Usually there are 2 resistors and a optocoupler installed. check this!

Thanks. With PCB in place and machine powered up but stuck in Decale I used rhe leads from JP24 (ie the two Intelia PCB pump pins), with the pump completely Call removed and not in circuit just to check the voltage from JP24. I should therefore have said that I only measured voltage in Descale Mode (which I am stuck in until the pump runs). I did not check the voltage in Test Mode.

There should be 230V going to those spades, and if there's not, the pump will not run. The really baffling thing is the odd voltage on those leads from JP24.

Disconnected, resistance between JP24 and a) the gate on the BTA 204 800B is 82ohms, b) no reading to M2 (assuming it's the middle leg) to JP24, but c) to M1 (furthest from gate) it's 0.02ohms. (Not looked at the pin functions of the BTA204 so I am assuming the above is correct designation looking at the Triac from the front inscription BTA204).

A no-load measurement on the board makes no sense loading the connections for the pump with a light bulb or a large resistor.
