Standby noise SAECO PicoBaristo Deluxe SM5570/10

Hello, sorry my post is in English, but I hope someone can help me

I have a new PicoBaristo Deluxe SM5570/10 and I just realized the machine keeps small electric buzzing sound even when turned off.

Does other Saeco / PicoBaristo owners have also noise coming from inside when the machine is turned off?

I recently bought PicoBaristo Deluxe SM5570/10 and I just realized the machine keeps small electric buzzing sound even when turned off. I can hear it when I bring my ear to approx 1m - 0,5m away from the left side of the machine. Its not loud, but at least to me clearly audible.

Does other Saeco / PicoBaristo owners have also noise coming from inside when the machine is turned off?

Im thinking should I replace the machine or its happening with Saeco machines? Usually this kind of electric noise is more related to cheaper electronics in my experience.

I think there is a mistake with the flyback converter. It's not normal. But I also know it from older machines, in which a replacement of the flyback converter remedies.

Hi, thank you for your reply! I replaced the machine and got a new one today. No noise like that, so it needed to be replaced as it was new machine. thank you again.

maybe only the transformer swinging, known from many switching power supplies, not really necessarily a bad machine but bad if you hear it, other older people wont hear it and just fine.
