Saeco Lirika Password Problem

Hello!
I have the following problem: I want to descale Saeco Lirika, but the tech menu (steam&hot water buttons pressed) is password protected. I have already tried 1234 and 0000 with no result. Can it be bypassed the password or can the board be reset? Thank you!

Default is 0000.
Have a look at the motherboard, maybe there is a reset button or contact or remove battery could help.

Wait for others who know this machine, maybe there are much better answers like a hidden admin-password or procedure to reset.

The problem is that i don't know the password and i can't access the tech menu without it.

Note: If the PASSWORD is lost, this can be reset to zero by entering a PUK code. The PUK code can be requested from Saeco customer service, who will also guide you through the corresponding procedure.

It's not PUK protected. Maybe it can be reset via PC connection? A tutorial would be more than welcomed. Thank you!

It doesn't work that way. Anyway, since there is no PUK code for this and it doesn't matter how many times you insert wrong password, I just try them from 0000 to 9999. Luckily the password was 2233 so it took me just a little under 1 hour of testing. Saved me from replacing the power board

I bring back this topic for I have found another method for this kind of problem: keep pressed the espresso and water keys and power on the machine (as in the test mode). When the display lights, press the long coffee key, while still keep pressed first two keys. It will hard reset the board and start fresh, even the counter is set to 0. Good luck!
