I have a problem with a Delonghi board 5213213691 after replacing burnt components: L1,R55,U1 the board doesn't work
I measured the voltage on D14 and D16/-17V on D8 Pin2 and 4/-5V
I replaced U4 with a new one and flashed it with new firmware, I don't know if it works and the board doesn't start

I would appreciate your help

Is the -5V power supply present? Easy to measure on connector J9 for example, between pin 4 and pin 7.
