Jura S9 One touch, all water going direct to the overflow pipe

Got my hands on nice S9, cleaned it up, brew unit rebuild, but upon powering up and decalcification
all water (both how water and coffee) drains to the drip tray via the drain pipe on the left side of the brew group.

Can someone give me a hint why?
Any help would be appreciated

If all water comes through "C", there should be a problem with the "elektrisches Keramikventil" "I".
It seems to stuck in the 4.th position - this is the basic-position of the valve.

found the problem, the driver wheel pins inside shredded off the ceramic disc ...what a design

Hm, so, replaced the driver wheel inside the ceramic valve, now I get hot water and steam
but when rinsing the water goes direct to the drip tray via the draining valve on the brew unit not to the coffee spout.
Brewing unit was completely cleaned and draining valve is working fine when tested by hand.
When the unit makes coffee should the pin that is moving the draining valve be extended or retracted?

UPDATE:
I did not press the new aluminum cap far enough on the drainage valve shaft so it did not work properly.
All good now
