Hello.
Sorry but I can not write in German. I can read it though.
My Syntia has the latest SW 1.06. When I request a cup of coffee, it start grinding coffee beans and then show the red "No Beans" sign. However the bean holder contains plenty of beans. Running my finger through the beans and pushing the button again solves the problem most of the time.
I brought my machine to the service. They claim it was some part in the grinder and that it was fixed. Yesterday alas I got the red sign again. A second push on the button gave me my coffee.
I also noticed that the wheel in the bean holder turns very loose.
Did anyone else has had the same problem? What did you do to solve it?
